About paying, and not paying
How does the free plan work?
Free costs nothing. You get notes, checklists, voice notes and scans, reminders, the calendar and widgets, templates, paper and themes, and sharing, comments and spaces, with 20 AI actions a month and 250 MB of storage. Pro is there when you want Ask Zimoma, smart search, more AI actions or more room.
How does the free week work?
New subscribers to the yearly plan get the first 7 days free. Before you start, Zimoma shows the day the year will be charged, and two days before it, Settings › Plan says your trial is ending. Cancel at least a day before and you pay nothing.
Why might my price be different?
Prices on this website are in US dollars. Prices vary by country, and yours is shown in the app, in your currency, before you subscribe.
Where do I buy Pro, and how do I cancel?
Pro is bought inside the app and billed through your Apple account. Cancel in your Apple account; Settings › Plan in Zimoma takes you there. Pro renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
What counts as an AI action?
Each time you ask AI for something: sorting a voice note or brain dump, reading a page with Read it, a piece of writing help, a question to Ask Zimoma that needs more than a look-up, or a template made with AI. Each uses one. They start again every month, and when they run out, voice notes and brain dumps are still sorted on your iPhone, without AI.
Do my notes sync on every device?
Yes, on both plans. Your notes live in your Zimoma account, not in iCloud, so they appear on every device you sign in to. They work offline too and upload when you’re back online.
Can I get my notes out?
Yes, on both plans. Settings › Export saves your notes as files you can keep anywhere.
