Questions
Before you ask
Can Claude or ChatGPT read my notes?
Only if you connect them. Make a personal access token in Settings › Connections, read only or read & write, and use it with the MCP connector. The token is shown once, and you can revoke it there at any time.
Who can see a published update?
Anyone with the link, unless you add a password. Published pages are read-only and hidden from search engines by default. You can set an expiry date, see the view count, and Stop sharing takes the page down at once.
Can I bring my pipeline in from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Collections import and export CSV, and have Table, List and Board views.
Does Zimoma train AI on my notes?
AI requests go to OpenAI only when you tap, and only what you chose. Zimoma asks OpenAI not to store them, and OpenAI says it doesn’t train on them. One switch, Settings › AI features › Use AI features, turns all AI off.
Where are my notes kept?
In your account on Zimoma’s server, so they appear on every device you sign in to. There are no ads, and your information is never sold.
