Before you ask
Can a client see my other clients?
No. People see only the notes and spaces you share with them.
Does a client need Zimoma to read a brief?
Not for a published page. Publishing turns a note into a read-only web page at zimoma.com/p/, with an optional password and expiry date.
Can Zimoma send invoices?
No. A collection keeps track of them, with amounts, dates and what’s paid, but Zimoma doesn’t send invoices or take payments.
Will it remind me of deadlines?
Yes. Set a reminder on a note or on a single to-do, give a task a deadline, and see it all on the Calendar.
Can I export my records?
Collections export as CSV, and Settings › Export saves your notes as files.
