Before you ask
What is a space?
A set of notes shared with the same people. Make one for each team or project, and everyone in it sees the same notes.
What can people do with each level of access?
Can edit lets someone change the note. Can comment lets them read it and leave comments. Can view lets them read it. The same three levels apply to notes and spaces.
What happens if two people edit at once?
Both changes are kept. Changes made at the same moment are merged block by block, so nobody has to choose between two copies.
Can we undo a change someone made?
Yes. Version history shows earlier versions of a note, and you can restore one.
Can we share something with people outside the team?
Publish a note as a read-only web page at zimoma.com/p/. Add a password or an expiry date if you like, and Stop sharing takes it down at once.
