About Zimoma

Note it now.
Pick it up later.

Zimoma is a notes app for two moments: the moment a thought arrives, and the moment you need it again.

Why it exists

Most thoughts turn up at a bad time

On the train. Halfway through a meeting. Just as you’re falling asleep. You write it down somewhere, and then it’s gone: into a pile of notes, a photo you’ll never scroll back to, a voice memo nobody plays.

The first moment should take seconds. Type a line and the first line becomes the title. Say it out loud and it’s written down, with the to-dos picked out. Snap a page or a whiteboard and the picture is kept in the note. Whatever arrives ends up titled, sorted and ready for later.

The second moment is the one most notes apps leave to you. A note is only useful if you see it again, so Zimoma puts it where you’ll look: on your Home Screen and Lock Screen, in a reminder, on the calendar, or in an answer when you ask your notes a question.

In between, it stays out of your way. Paper that looks like paper, in a theme you choose. Folders, spaces and collections when you want them, and nothing to set up before you can write.

What we believe

A few things we won’t trade away

Your notes are yours

Settings › Export saves every note as files you can keep anywhere. Take them with you whenever you like.

No ads. No tracking.

No ads, and no analytics or tracking software from other companies in the app. Your information is never sold.

AI only when you tap

Nothing is sent until you ask, and then only what you chose. One switch in Settings › AI features turns it all off.

Quiet and calm

Paper, ink and a few soft colours. The app keeps out of the way so the note is the loudest thing on the screen.

With the people you choose

Share one note or a whole space. Each person can edit, comment or only view, and you can change that any time.

There when you’re offline

Write anywhere. Notes are kept on the phone and upload to your account when you’re back online.
