Terms of service
Last updated 5 October 2026
These terms cover your use of the Zimoma app and this website. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You need an account to use Zimoma. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us at support@zimoma.com if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 13.
Your notes are yours
You own what you write, record and photograph in Zimoma. You give us permission to store it, sync it between your devices, show it to the people you share it with, and process it for the features you use. That is the only use we make of it. The privacy policy says how.
Using Zimoma fairly
- Don’t use Zimoma to break the law or to store or share content that is illegal.
- Don’t try to get into other people’s accounts or notes, or to disrupt the service.
- Don’t use automated means to load the service beyond normal use of the app.
We can suspend or close an account that does these things.
Shared notes and spaces
When you share a note or a space, the people you invite can read it, and edit it if you let them. You are responsible for what you share and with whom.
AI features
AI features produce suggestions, summaries and answers from your notes. They can be wrong. Check anything that matters before you rely on it.
Pro
If you subscribe to Zimoma Pro, payment is taken by Apple through your Apple account, and the subscription renews until you cancel it there. Apple’s terms apply to the purchase and to refunds.
Beta versions
Versions offered for testing are unfinished. They may lose data or stop working. Keep your own copy of anything important: Settings › Export makes one.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Zimoma running and your notes safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features. If we ever close the service we will give notice and time to export your notes.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Zimoma. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Ending
You can stop using Zimoma and delete your account at any time in Settings › Account.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date above changes and the app says so. Using Zimoma after that means you accept the new terms.
